These ladoos play a very good role if you want to use these as a BHOG. These are usually made during festive times like Diwali or at Indian weddings and pujas. Before knowing the Boondi Ladoo Recipe, it is necessary to know the ingredients for Boondi Ladoo.
Ingredients for Boondi Ladoo
- 500 gm besan
- 1-liter water or milk
- 750 gm ghee
- 750 gm sugar
- 3 ½ cup water
- 10-12 drops orange color
- 50 gm cashew and raisins
- Elaichi powder
Procedure for Boondi Ladoo
Step by Step Boondi Ladoo Recipe
👉 Take besan, water or milk and make a thin batter from it.
👉 Heat ghee in a pan fill the fryer with the batter up to half to prepare boondi.
👉 Position it over the pan and drain boondis in hot ghee by hitting the fryer on one side of the pan.
👉 It should be finished very quickly and accurately until it turns golden.
👉 On the other side take water and sugar to make sugar syrup, boil it until its consistency attains one thread.
👉 Add color to the syrup and later add boondi till it cools down.
👉 Now add cashew and raisins and elaichi powder.
👉 Mix it well till the syrup is absorbed in boondi.
👉 Keep the mixture for around 1 hr and gently prepare ladoo with soft hands.
Serve these in front of GOD and guests and can be stored for a couple of days.
